Information you give us. When you fill out a form on our site, such as the Charm School founding-class signup, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, brand or company name, number of locations, role, CRM use, and the courses you're interested in.

We use your information to respond to you and manage your spot in the founding class; to send you updates about Charm School and Charmstrongs if you opt in; to understand who is interested so we can improve our courses and services; and to operate, secure, and improve our website. If you check the box to sign up for news and updates, we'll add you to our email list. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us.
